With over 40 years of experience in the maritime industry, including 25 years as a captain, Christophe Righezza is a seasoned expert in luxury yachting. Having sailed more than 250,000 nautical miles worldwide, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Caribbean waters. His career has taken him from expedition yachts to high-end charter catamarans, participating in prestigious regattas and long-distance crossings. With a meticulous eye for detail, strong leadership, and technical expertise, Christophe ensures seamless navigation and an exceptional experience for every guest aboard Felicita.

Elisabeth Soubies – 1st Mate
Passionate about sailing and luxury service, Elisabeth Soubies has over 7 years of experience in yachting, with more than 40,000 nautical miles under her belt, including multiple transatlantic crossings. Her expertise ranges from yacht preparation for charter seasons to managing onboard operations, ensuring smooth and memorable experiences. As the second captain and officer in charge, she prioritizes safety, guest comfort, and efficient crew coordination. Dynamic and detail-oriented, Elisabeth plays a crucial role in delivering the highest standards of service aboard Felicita.

Shayne Hannah Cohen – Stewardess
With extensive experience in high-end hospitality and yachting, Shayne Hannah Cohen brings elegance and sophistication to the Felicita experience. Having worked on yachts ranging from 24 to 70 meters, she excels in guest area maintenance, fine dining service, and cocktail preparation. Her keen attention to detail, warm demeanor, and dedication to excellence create a welcoming and refined atmosphere onboard. Always attentive to guests’ needs, Shayne ensures impeccable service, making each stay aboard Felicita a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Shailen Sewlall – Chef
Trained at the Hotel School of Mauritius, Shailen Sewlall boasts over 20 years of culinary expertise, honed in Michelin-starred restaurants and aboard luxury yachts up to 124 meters. Passionate about fresh ingredients and global flavors, he combines creativity with precision to craft exquisite, tailored dishes that meet the highest expectations. Specializing in French, Mediterranean, Asian, vegetarian, and gluten-free cuisine, he effortlessly adapts to guests’ dietary preferences. With his skill and attention to detail, every meal aboard Felicita becomes a remarkable gastronomic journey.
